How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (December to April). However, we often accommodate last-minute requests based on availability. Contact us directly for urgent bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour date. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee, whilst same-day cancellations forfeit the full payment. Weather-related cancellations are fully refundable or rescheduled at no cost.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer special rates for groups of 6 or more people. Private group tours can also be arranged with customised itineraries. Contact us for detailed group pricing and availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. A 25% deposit secures your booking, with the remainder due 24 hours before your tour. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.
